Privacy policy
Effective 5 October 2026
This policy covers 7ette Labs OS, the desktop app 7ette Labs uses internally to manage its own tasks and calendar, and this website, 7ettelabs.com. Our public products, 2eazy and 3terna, have their own privacy policies on their sites.
Who we are
7ette Labs is an independent software studio based in Italy. Contact: 7ettelabs@gmail.com.
7ette Labs OS and Google Calendar
7ette Labs OS can connect to a Google account to show and schedule calendar events. It is used only by the 7ette Labs team on its own Google accounts and is not offered to the public.
When you connect it, the app asks for one permission: see, edit, create and delete events in your Google calendars (calendar.events). It uses that permission to:
- read events, so they appear in the app's calendar view;
- create, move or delete the events you schedule from the app.
It does not read your email, contacts, files or any other Google data.
Where the data goes
- The app runs on your own computer. Calendar data is fetched directly from Google to that computer and is not sent to any 7ette Labs server.
- The access token that keeps the connection alive is stored only on that computer, in a local file that is not shared or uploaded.
- We do not sell Google user data, share it with third parties, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
7ette Labs OS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Keeping and deleting data
Events stay in your Google Calendar; the app keeps only what it needs to display them. You can disconnect the app at any time from your Google account permissions: the token stops working immediately. To have any locally stored data removed, write to 7ettelabs@gmail.com.
This website
7ettelabs.com uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. It is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
